Mechanical

We design and install HVAC systems that keep occupants comfortable while keeping energy bills under control. From chilled water systems and package units to ducting, controls, and fire suppression, our mechanical team handles the full scope. We size systems based on actual load calculations — not guesswork.

Electrical

Our electrical scope covers LV and MV distribution, lighting, power, fire alarm, structured cabling, BMS, and emergency systems. We coordinate closely with DEWA, SEWA, or the relevant authority to ensure smooth connections and compliance. All installations follow IEE wiring regulations and local authority requirements.

Plumbing and Drainage

From domestic water supply and hot water systems to soil drainage, rainwater harvesting, and irrigation, our plumbing team delivers reliable installations that meet health and safety standards. We use quality materials and proven methods to minimise leaks and maintenance headaches down the road.

Testing and Commissioning

Every system we install goes through rigorous testing and commissioning before handover. We do not consider a project complete until every system is performing to specification and the client is satisfied.
